Personalised Warehouse continually looks to carry a wide and varied range of innovative, unique and premium quality products with a number of these being personalised, handmade and made for the customer on an individual basis.

The upshot of this is that we have a wide and varied fluctuation in our delivery times ranging from the next day through to a month.

In all instances, the estimated dispatch time is indicated for every individual product and as guidance, our standard dispatch for all orders is within 7 working days, however, at peak times, the dispatch time can be longer. If you need your order by a specific date we will try and work towards this for you.

Personalised Warehouse will endeavour to dispatch these products within the said dispatch times, and in the vast majority of cases, we will dispatch earlier than the allotted time.

We endeavour to meet our products estimated dispatch times on all orders placed before 3:00 pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the following working day. Please note this excludes weekends and public holidays. For example, an order placed at 4:00 pm on a Friday will not be processed for dispatch until the following Monday.

YOUR DELIVERY

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. There are no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays. We are not able to deliver to PO BOX addresses.

We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched.

UK orders are dispatched by various courier companies; orders outside of the UK are dispatched by our international courier partners.

What happens if I am not in to receive the order?
If the driver does not find you in to receive the goods, he will try again the next day. Normally two attempts will be made to deliver the goods. The driver will leave a message quoting a telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date.

If they are unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case you will need to pay for the goods to be redelivered again.
